The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), invited Patricia Prudé to open in song singing the Star-Spangled Banner, at our Annual Access2Success (A2S) Small Business Conference where there were over 3,700 small businesses represented and over 300 federal acquisitions staff presenting. Ms. Prudé serenaded the audience while she demonstrated such great vocal control delivering the anthem. As she drew the audience in with every note she sang, captivating the audience with her poise which shed light on our country’s patriotism as we together saluted our nation. Her performance modeled excellence and was UNFORGETTABLE! Upon conclusion, the audience was “mesmerized” by her virtuosity. She received an electrifying hand clapping ovation of praise!
